December 6, 2012

I’ve been lucky enough to be a member of a several communities throughout my lifetime.  But the one I have most thoroughly enjoyed as of late (and am a recent inductee of) is the blogging community.  There are hundreds of thousands (perhaps even millions) of blogs on the web, thus making it a bit overwhelming trying to find your place in the group.  But when you finally find your stride, and more importantly, your confidence, you’ll notice that you also find a community that supports, surrounds and inspires you to keep going.

I’m especially honored to be part of the dog-loving blogging community.  I’ve met so many wonderful bloggers over the past few months, and  am so excited to see who emerges on the web in the future.

Two remarkable women I’ve been lucky enough to e-meet are Serena Faber Nelson of Pretty Fluffy and Sarah Dickerson of Chic Sprinkles.  Both ladies are amazing curators of dog products, generous advocates of dog rescue and incredible dog photographers, not to mention the obvious, undeniable dog lovers.

52 Weeks of Treats

Today they are releasing their first e-book, 52 Weeks of Treats.  I was lucky enough to  preview a bit of the book before it’s release, and I can tell that it is chock-full of delicious dog treat goodness.  I’ve never been a master in the kitchen, but I can honestly tell you that I am looking forward to baking up some of these goodies for my Mr. Harvey.

Congrats Serena and Sarah on such a fabulous book and here’s to a 2013 full of dog treats and human sweets!

If you’d like to bake up some treats for your pups, you can download the e-book HERE!  Happy baking!
